FED:Speaker says Senate bill unconstitutional
CANBERRA, Feb 21 AAP - The speaker of the House of Representatives Harry Jenkins has
determined a Senate bill on student income support is unconstitutional.
The bill, proposed by Nationals senator Fiona Nash and passed by the Senate earlier
in February, proposes to make Youth Allowance more widely available to regional students.
