Promotes Public Relations Veteran to VP of Digital Services
WALTHAM, Mass. -- Schwartz Communications, Inc., one of the largest independent technology, healthcare and cleantech strategic communications agencies, today announced record growth in its digital marketing services practice group. Digital services group revenues more than tripled in 2010 and should continue to grow significantly in 2011 as a key service offering for the Agency's diverse base of innovative companies.
The Agency also announced the promotion of Avi Dines to vice president, digital services. Dines, along with John Moran, vice president and head of media training, and Bryan Scanlon, president, oversee the sales, development and full-service production of video, audio and social media digital content.
"The real key to success in today's dynamic media environment is developing blended strategic communications programs. Programs that include the appropriate balance of media, digital, social media and public affairs help to influence our clients' target audiences," said Bryan Scanlon, president, Schwartz Communications.
Schwartz produces optimized, on-message content for the Internet, product videos, executive announcements, video blogs, patient or customer testimonials and other viral marketing efforts. The Agency works with clients throughout the entire digital content creation process including strategy, video, graphic and audio creation, distribution and impact measurement.
Accuray is one of many current clients leveraging the power of an integrated program that provides traditional, social and digital marketing services from Schwartz. "Accuray uses a variety of channels to reach patients and physicians including our Web site, video and social media. Schwartz has been a great partner, helping us develop new, effective communication initiatives," said Stephanie Tomei, director of corporate communications, Accuray Incorporated. "We just completed production on a dynamic five-part video series to share the CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery experience with prostate cancer patients. By providing patients and their families with this information in a visual and accessible manner, we hope to further explain the benefits of our innovative treatment in a truly engaging way."
